These Subscription Terms govern the details regarding recurring payments for the subscription to use the Nexana.ai application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") provided by Nabu technologies s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"). These terms are an integral part of the
1. Payment Card Data Processing
The GoPay company handles your payment card data according to the international security standard PCI-DSS Level 1, which represents the highest level of data security in payment card processing. The Provider does not store or process your payment card data.
2. Recurring Payment Parameters (Automatic Subscription Renewal)
Reason for setting up recurring payments:
The recurring payment is used for the automatic payment of the subscription for the selected Subscription type (e.g., MINI, BASIC, PRO) for the Application, in the event that the Account Owner (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner") activates this option in their user profile.
Amount of recurring payment:
The subscription amount is determined by the Provider's current Price List for the selected Subscription type and the selected billing period (monthly or annual). The current Price List is available on the Application's website and in the Application section designated for purchasing subscriptions.
The payment amount for the purchased Subscription may change in the future due to changes in the Provider's Price List.
If the price of the Subscription is adjusted during the period prepaid by the Owner, this change will not affect the already paid period. The Owner will be informed of the price change for the next period well in advance via a notification sent to their registered e-mail address and a notification displayed in the Application (According to the user's notification settings in the Application under "Settings -> Notification Settings").
In the event of a price increase for the Subscription for which the Owner has a recurring payment set up, the existing recurring payment will be automatically canceled, and the Owner will be informed of this fact with the option to set up a new recurring payment according to the current Price List.
In the event of a price decrease for the Subscription for which the Owner has a recurring payment set up, the subsequent recurring payments will be made at the reduced price, of which the Owner will also be informed.
Frequency of recurring payment:
In the case of a monthly subscription, the next recurring payment will be made on the last day of the current prepaid monthly period, thereby extending the Subscription by another month.
In the case of an annual subscription, the next recurring payment will be made on the last day of the current prepaid annual period, thereby extending the Subscription by another year.
The exact date when the next recurring payment will take place can be found by the Owner in their user profile in the Application (in the "Subscription" section).
After each recurring payment is made, the date of the next scheduled recurring payment will be displayed in the Owner's profile.
3. Managing Recurring Payments
Cancellation: You can cancel the automatic subscription renewal at any time in your profile in the "Purchase Subscriptions" section. The cancellation will take effect in the next billing period and will prevent future payments.
Validity after cancellation: Even after canceling the automatic renewal, your subscription remains fully active until the end of the period you have already paid for. No refund is provided for the unused portion of this period.
Reactivation: If your subscription expires, it cannot be subsequently renewed. To continue using the services, you must purchase a new subscription.
4. Notifications Regarding Subscription and Recurring Payments
Notifications about recurring payments and subscription status are sent to the Owner automatically to their registered e-mail address and via notifications in the Application (According to the user's notification settings in the Application under "Settings -> Notification Settings").
The Owner will be informed, in particular, of the following:
- Successful automatic renewal of the Subscription.
- Failed attempt at automatic Subscription renewal (e.g., due to insufficient funds on the card).
- Upcoming date of the recurring payment (Subscription renewal).
- Any changes in Subscription prices relevant to their account.
The Owner can manage the settings for some types of notifications in their user profile in the Application.
